As the leaves change and cooler days become more frequent, we look for new ways to keep ourselves warm. It’s never too cold to use the grill, so we invited the Chef/Owner of Hog Tails Barbeque, Chris Corrigan, to the kitchen to impart his BBQ and smoker wisdom. He will create some fabulous recipes with a lot of heart and a bit of heat. Recipes will include such BBQ pit classics as Charred Sweet Potato Soup, Penne with Smoked Tomato and Sausage Ragu, a variety of Smoked Meats, Brisket, Pulled Pork and Smoked Chicken, Scalloped BBQ’d Green Beans, and a Grilled Banana Split with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
