Join local Waterloo Firefighter and Chef Patrick Mathieu in the kitchen as he dishes up some fire hall classics.  The alarm can go off any time so Patrick is skilled in the art of getting healthy food to the table quickly.  The menu may include dishes such as Four Cheese Jalapeno Biscuits, Rustic White Chili, Italian Sausage, Peppers and Rice Casserole and Fresh Fruit Cheesecake Cups.  Patrick is the CELEBRITY CHEF of Household China REAL MEN CAN COOK with two cooking class donations, which raised $5,100.00 for this fabulous charity.  REAL MEN 2011: April 2nd at St. George’s Hall.
